Elun and Michelle are married! Yay! :) Since I first met them I’ve been anticipating their wedding day, because I knew how much fun they would be to photograph. They are both gentle souls, with the natural inclination to laugh through life.

It might not look like it in the pictures, but the wind showed up in a big way on the day. Honestly making it rather difficult to not only hold your dress down as a girl, but also not to get blown over. And even through this horrible weather, these two, and all their friends just kept laughing. Nothing was going to get them down or stop them from enjoying the celebration.

Elun and Michelle have 3 four legged children that just had to drop by to see their mom and dad in their fancy wedding attire. Although with all the excitement, these fuzzy creatures had to be bribed with some treats in order to sit still for longer than 3 seconds. (This made me realise that pet photography is much trickier than it seems.)

These two I see as a happy go lucky couple who have a great appreciation for their friends, and have made sure to surround themselves with like minded folk who share in their zest for life. Elun and Michelle- thank you for the privilege of being your photographer on your wedding day. I had so much fun with you guys and if I didn’t have to drive home to the Eastern Cape the next day, I would have probably taken you up on your offer to stay for some of the party! May your marriage be a blessed and happy one filled with only the good! Be blessed xxx
