En so vind elke pot sy deksel! Full of joy, and a genuine excitement about life and love- these two are just perfect for one another.
We were scheduled to do this shoot an hour before sunset- but because there were really dark storm clouds looming about we never got to see the sunset or any of the light we were hoping it would give. And by dark I mean- “someone switched off the light and there might be monsters under my bed” type of dark. No really- it was like night time.
Now previously with my cropped sensor camera’s- I would have been forced to use off camera flash for additional lighting or just stop taking pictures altogether because the images would be horribly grainy. But I’m so impressed with my new full frame Nikon D610. I was able to shoot on 6400 ISO using natural light only and one can hardly see any grain, or tell how dark it was (see the first 4 images below). Anyhoo…
Having happy clients who’s big smile’s light up the frame helps hugely too of course! :) We spent the afternoon/evening visiting all their favourite spots around Stellies (which was where they met and fell in love)- and recalling all the wonderful memories made at each place.
Konrad en Lereè- alles van die beste met die res van julle beplanning en reelings vir jul groot dag. Is seker als sal vlot verloop :) Mag julle altyd so lekker saam lag en die lewe geniet soos wat julle reeds doen.
Thanks too to Chelsea, my dear assistant for the afternoon! :)
