It’s when I do shoots like this, that I fall in love all over again with South Africa and the incredible beauty we have right on our doorsteps! The light in Camps Bay on this particular day was beyond glorious, and to have this stunning couple in such gorgeous scenery made my job too easy! Rudi and Charmaine live in Joburg, but come down to Cape Town often for a getaway. This visit doubled up as a getaway and “sorting-wedding-admin-out” weekend! I get to have these two fantastic people in front of my lens again next year when they get married at Cavalli Estate in April- and I cannot wait!

To Rudi and Charmaine- thanks for loosing all feeling in your feet because you listened to this crazy photographer who asked you to wade right into the Cape’s freezing ocean water! You guys were champs! All the best for the rest of the planning and prep for your wedding day, I can’t wait to see you again!
