In June and July this year, I had the privilege to go to Madagascar again on a mission with my church. It was my second trip to this incredibly beautiful country and I left absolutely in awe of how God works. (To view last years photo’s please click here) Not only the remarkable scenery and wonderful people we got to encounter along the way which testified of His creative genius, but also to see how He sets people free and meets each person where they are at. He is such a personal and relational God and loves each one of us in a life changing and life giving way, regardless if we know Him or not.
On this trip I came to trust Christ and the Holy Spirit in a whole new way. As leader of the one team, there were some situations that I genuinely didn’t know what to do. But it was in those moments that I realized that I need to trust in the Lord with all my heart, and not lean on my own understanding or experience. That as I acknowledge Him in all our ways- that He will direct our paths. He will give us guidance and show us what to do. And He did. EVERY SINGLE TIME! The mission was a great success and we all grew in such humbling ways as individuals, and as a team.
To those of you who prayed for us during our time there or sponsored us to go- we can’t thank you enough! Your prayers prepared the way and covered us in the most miraculous ways. We are so grateful! Thank you.
There are so many wonderful testimonies, but if I were to share them all with you, you’d would be here for about 2 days reading. So I’ve decided to just share some of the images, and the video with you for now.
If you are interested in buying some of the images below please contact me! The proceeds will be going to next year’s mission team so that we can continue the work that the Lord has given us to do there. Blessings xxx
