Meghan and Chris are two Chicago sweethearts that visited the beautiful and sunny shores of South Africa a lil while ago. Meghan, being a very talented photographer herself, is used to always being behind the camera capturing wonderful memories of their travels- but never actually gets to be in any of the pictures! So to remedy this typical photographers predicament (trust me the struggle is real) she got in touch with me and I happily obliged my services. My golly, Meghan- you should be on the other side of the camera more often! You and Chris are absolutely gorgeous together!

Being the windy city that Cape Town is at this time of the year, Clifton 4th provided the most shelter from the notorious South Easter. Up at the parking lot, my car door was nearly blown off of it’s hinges! But when walking down to the beach- it was as if the fan had been put on slow go. So crazy! Little did we know that Clifton 4th would also be the canvas on which Cape Town would show off it’s spectacular beauty that afternoon. The warm sun filtering past the boulders, over the icey blue waters, and onto this gorgeous couple made for some stunning pics.

Chris and Meghan, it was such a pleasure to spend such a stunning afternoon with the two of you. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your trip through capturing these happy snaps. :)

I hope the rest of the time in Sabi Sands and Stellenbosch was exquisite- and that you could rewind and relax before tackling the long flight back home. Sending lots of love xxx
