The beautiful Deidre was born and raised in Cape Town but moved to England a few years ago for work. This is where she met and fell in love with her husband John. They were married for 7 years before their little blessing arrived, and can testify that prayer moves mountains! They were recently down in RSA for a relatives wedding and decided it would also be a good time to get some family photo’s of just the three of them! So a date was set and Boulders beach was decided upon as the destination for the shoot- because well, penguins!  And one has to keep an active 4 year old like Aaron busy with something other than a few photo’s.  ;)

After a wonderful time with these three (and ouma and oupa who joined for a few photo’s), Tash and I headed back to our car only to find out that we were locked in to the parking lot! An hour later, after various phone calls to the relevant authorities and attempts at convincing them that we weren’t there to steal penguins but were genuinely just unaware that the parking lot had a curfew- we were let out and allowed to go home!

To the Dowers- may the Lord bless you with another little sibling for Aaron, and may you continue to be reminded of the Lord’s faithfulness whenever you go! Praying God’s richest blessings over your family, and that it will be one characterized by Christ’s love, grace and peace always. Sending so much love xxx
