“But blessed are those who trust in the Lord and have made the Lord their hope and confidence.

It is weddings like this that make me realize again exactly why I love doing what I do. Two people madly in love with God and with one another, coming together in front of friends and family and in the presence of God to be bound together in a holy covenant- is such a magnificent thing to behold! Although I was working- it didn’t feel like it at all! It felt instead, like I was a old friend who happened to have a camera in hand and captured the memories as they occurred. And that is a testament to the kind of people that Pieter and Nadia are. They make you feel so welcome and so celebrated- that one can’t help but walk away from them feeling as if you have known them for a lifetime! When you meet with them you also meet with Jesus, because they are just so passionate about God and His kingdom. They are two of the most beautiful people inside and out (sure they have pretty kidneys and livers too) and are an absolute delight to be around.

Pieter and Nadia- soooooo baie dankie dat ek jul bruilofsfees kon beleef! Julle het fantastiese familie en vriende- en hulle het julle baie lief! Wat ‘n blessing! Julle is pragtig saam en jul verhouding met mekaar getuig van God se goedheid, vrede, liefde, vreugde en passie! My gebed vir julle is van Efesiërs 3:17-19

“May Christ dwell in your hearts through faith—that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may have strength to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.”
