I can’t believe how quickly 2017 came and went! It feels like just the other day that it was January 2017 and Megan inquired about me photographing their wedding at the end of the year. Before I wiped out my eyes, I photographed these two lovelies getting married and now here we are in a New Year! Crazy… feels like someone has hit the fast forward button and hidden the remote from me. Anyhoo… #slowdown2018

Eric and Megan got married at Zorgvliet on a beautifully warm summers day surrounded by all the people they love. These two lovebirds met and fell in love at High School and have been together ever since, and truly are one another’s best friends. I loved seeing how relaxed they were in one another’s presence and how they are free to be themselves, because they know they are treasured and adored by the other. The words that come to mind when I think of Megan and Eric are; sweet, friendly, fun and funny. And their wedding day was testament to these character traits.

Eric and Megan- thank you for bundu bashing through purple weeds infested with miggies, and climbing over and under fences just to get some pretty photo’s- all with a smile on your faces! You guys were a treat to photograph and I wish you all the best for your married life together!
