There is a saying that says that if you squeeze an orange, orange juice will come out. But I am convinced that if you were to squeeze Sophia or Matthys; pure joy and laughter will come pouring out. These two are just phenomenal together and watching them interact with their friends and family, you can completely understand why they are so loved!

They got married on Matthys’s family farm just outside Oudtshoorn in the infamous Klein Karoo. The area sadly, is looking dull and dry because of the severe drought, which I guess was not quite what Sophia and Matthys had in mind for their wedding photo’s. Matthys begged me to find some green somewhere or even photoshop it in, so that their photo’s at least had some colour. Thankfully we found a small patch of green lucerne so no photoshop was needed, and when we saw again- the Lord had sent the most amazing storm clouds and light to dramatise the sky. Add in these two bubbling-with-joy-beauties, and the photo’s would be far from dull.

Matthys en Sophia, so baie dankie vir die wonderlike tyd saam julle! Julle was ‘n absolute fees om saam te werk en ons wens julle ‘n baie geseende en gelukkige huiwelik toe! Mag die Here jul dieper en dieper lei in jul verhouding met Hom, en met mekaar…en mag julle altyd so lekker saam lag! My gebed vir julle is:
1 Th. 3:12-13 – May the Lord make you increase and abound in love for one another and for all, as we do for you, so that He may establish your hearts blameless in holiness before our God and Father, at the coming of our Lord Jesus with all his saints.
