Cherise contacted me a while back to have a couple shoot done and after much to and fro planning and moving of dates we eventually found one that suited us all.

So this was the plan: Shoot for 30 min in Greenpoint park, drive to Camps bay (20min), then finish off the shoot during the golden hour light as the sun is setting on the beach (30min). Great plan! Like on paper…you know when there is no traffic and you get a parking spot right on the beachfront?! That type of plan!

“But what about Cape Town traffic? And the time you will take to find parking in the fully parked streets of Camps Bay?” you might think. Yes, well…well done you! You thought of that- we didn’t.

So needless to say we kinda missed the golden hour- but we got twilight instead! And the soft pastel colours of the last light of the day actually suited the outfits that Heinrich and Cherise had picked out much better than the golden hour light would have- so what a win in the end :) #totallyplannedthat #notreally

Anyhow what sweethearts these two are. Maintaining a relationship over long distance is never easy- but they are as in love as ever and still going strong! I loved seeing the way Heinrich dotes on Cherise and how her eyes sparkle knowing she is dearly loved by him! Wishing you guys the most amazing fun life together.
